Beat the Blah’s
Last week I had a day where I just felt stuck, you know when you just can’t snap out of it. I was completely out of it, brain dead, ya da da. I kept trying to be productive at work, behind the computer. I went as far as drinking a yerba mate latte from Daily Juice. Nothing was getting me back to my normal.
I looked at my watch and realized I had time to go for a quick run around town lake. I grabbed Sara from work and off we ran.
As we were running and talking, I was telling her how I was feeling. Low and behold she was feeling the same way! We figured out something really important! When you are feeling weighed down, by stress, work, chaos at home, etc. Get up and start moving. I don’t care if it’s an awesome walk, or hopping on your bike, doing a cardio class at the gym, or killing it on the trail. The point is beat the Blah’s !!! Go exercise and I promise you will feel a million times better.
