Most of you are in the height of your training for marathon season or you may be in your off season from triathlons, golf, or cycling. ” Finishing Strong” should be your motto!
During the month of December stress levels go up and down, we are traveling, wrapping up the end of a tough quarter, or your bodies are exhausted from strenuous exercise! Here are some little tips that might aid and keep you healthy to the end.
1) Espom Salt baths in the evenings
2) rubbing biofreeze on your tired legs or neck
3) Hatha Yoga for gentle stretching
4) drink plenty of water
5) long walks not hard core running ( “leisure”)
If you can stick to doing one good thing for yourself each day you will stay balanced. I would, of course, add massage and a good glass of wine to the mix as well.
